  • What’s the difference between Premier+ and Social Memberships?

    Inspired by local golf/country clubs, we've created two distinct levels of engagement:

    The Premier+ Membership ($797/year) provides full access to ALL the TPC content — past, current, and future — throughout your membership year.

    The Social Membership ($39/month) is an easy entry point for Travel Pros who want to dip their toes in, join the conversation, and access quarterly resources without the long-term commitment.

  • What happens if I upgrade from Social Membership to Premier+?

    You'll instantly unlock full access to all past, current, and future content for the entire year, starting from the day you upgrade! It’s a smart move if you want access to everything we’ve created—without waiting. Please note, if you join the Social Membership, then upgrade to the Premier+ Membership, the cost will not be prorated based on previous purchases.

  • Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

    Nope! Both plans are (mostly) commitment-free. We know business needs change and we’re all about flexibility to fit your business and your pace, so you can cancel or upgrade at any time based on your business goals. The Social Membership is month-to-month, while the Premier+ Membership is year-to-year, so a little more commitment there.

    Note: All plans and purchases are non-refundable, so refunds and prorations will not be issued for the remaining days or months of your plan once canceled. Your access will continue until your current billing period ends.

  • Is the Pro Community just another Facebook group?

    Absolutely not! While Facebook Groups are useful for general discussions, the Travel Pro Community is built on a dedicated platform that ensures privacy and exclusive access for our members. Our Community features an app for instant access, making it easier than ever to connect on the go. We focus on fostering meaningful collaboration, communication, and education to elevate the travel industry. With live sessions, engaging online discussions, and tailored implementation strategies, we empower advisors to connect, grow, and thrive together in an environment designed for your success!

  • Do I get to keep the content if I cancel?

    Downloadable materials (like templates and planners) are yours to keep. However, you’ll lose access to the member portal, recordings, quarterly resource drops, and future updates once your membership ends.

  • Can I join mid-quarter? Will I miss anything?

    Absolutely, and not at all! Social Members joining mid-quarter still gain access to everything released in that quarter up to that point. Many of our resources will be distributed on a revolving basis, giving us time to update the content periodically as well. Most webinar recordings will be available in our content library for you to review at your own pace (depending on your membership plan). Additionally, our User-Generated Vault will continue to expand each month, providing you with new information and materials to enhance your travel business.

  • Is this community right for newer travel advisors?
