Our Workflow Process

Collaboration & Strategy, Framework & Design, Implementation & Take-Off

  • Collaboration & Strategy

    Once you have signed up for the service, you will be given a 30-45 minute collaboration schedule to strategize your Business Workflow. During this call, we will determine the task list that is applicable to the type of service your business provides.

  • Framework & Design

    With the workflow and task lists we have developed, we will begin to customize your CRM. We’ll start by compiling templates, forms & questionnaires, email banner designs, etc. - so that you can get a better look at how everything fits together.

  • Implementation & Take-Off

    We will then start implementing the structure to your Tern account and we'll do a couple of tests to make sure everything is accurate before preparing to hand it all back over to you. We'll also provide you with our TERN Workflow Handbook.

Tern Subscription

By purchasing our done-for-you Tern CRM Setup, you will be working with the TARC team to curate and personalize your Tern CRM. The Tern CRM Subscription is not included with this cost - it is something you will need to purchase and pay for separately, directly through Tern. We cannot complete the CRM Setup without you having a subscription.

  • Will my Tern CRM license be included in the Tern CRM Setup?

    No. You must purchase your Tern license separately. You can find more information directly on their website at: https://www.tern.travel

  • Do I need to pay extra for templates, automations, or integrations?

    No extra cost! Everything is included in the setup package – email templates, automations, task lists, and workflows. There are no hidden fees or additional purchases required.

  • Will you import my client list or trip data?

    TERN can assist you with importing your client lists. Trip data usually needs to be entered manually, but you may want to consider hiring an assistant or a virtual assistant (VA) to do the Data Entry for you. For more information about VA’s, you can visit our BLOG POST.

  • Are legal templates, waivers, and terms & conditions included?

    At TARC, we have partnered with Laurence D. Gore & Associates to provide customizable legal templates for your travel business.   • How many rounds of revisions will I get with this service?

    This service includes 1 round of revisions for your Comprehensive Workflow Set Up. This includes modifying or adding a Task List, Email Template, Automation, Form/Questionnaire, Payment Reminders, Invoicing, and Brand Creatives (Email Header, Packing List, Client Welcome Email, etc). If you require additional revisions, a fee will be added to your invoice.

  • Can I request changes on the email header/footer?

    Definitely! You will get to request 1 round of revisions on your email designs before we implement them to your TERN account! You can also update your headers/footers personally in TERN. Our templates come with a custom pink or blue banner image to compliment your brand. If you would like to customize the banner images or if you have your own templates, we can add those for an additional fee.

  • Are templates customizable?

    Yes! You can customize every template we provide right inside your TERN account! You will have full rights and access to all of the templates provided in your account.

  • How long will the entire process take?

    We estimate an average of 3-5 weeks from the time of purchase until we deliver the final product. We work diligently to ensure that your system is customized to your business, and that takes time. If you need us to expedite the build out process, please let us know during our Discovery Call -- additional fees may apply.
